James Raitter was the winner of the 2003 Snake River Bassmasters, Harold Martin Memorial Classic raffle rod.  James has always been part of awarding the prizes to the lucky angler, but this year, HE was blessed with the luck!  He won a St. Croix Avid 3C70MF casting rod, complete with Fuji Alconite guides, spiral wrapped of course.  The handle consisted of a split rear grip, no foregrip and a Fuji Exposed Blank trigger reel seat.  James has been an "avid" supporter of the Snake River Bassmasters, Idaho BASS Federation and other activities.  Good luck with that new rod, James!

Chuck Campbell (Fluker) [L] presenting a George's Custom Rod / St. Croix Avid 3S70MHF casting rod to Dan Swallow [R] at the 2003 Internet Buddy Bass Tournament (IBBT), at Table Rock Lake.  Dan won the rod for catching the largest smallmouth of the tournament.  He brought a 4.10# bronzeback to the scales after getting it to munch a spinnerbait.  He also took home a nice plaque and $150!  Dan and I had a chat later about the spiral wrap and its advantages.  I hope it brings in a ton of fish for him!  Good Luck!!!

Bill Kriner, the lucky winner of the annual 2002 Snake River Bassmasters, Harold Martin Memorial Classic, raffle rod. This was a St. Croix Avid series 3C66MM casting rod with a split rear grip, no foregrip and Fuji New Concept Alconite guides applied in a spiral wrap. Proceeds from the "Custom Rod Raffle" go to the Harold Martin Memorial Scholarship Fund. This fund assists students pursuing a degree with an emphasis in warm water fisheries at the University of Idaho.
